An Amazing Home

Image

From the large great room with its vaulted ceilings and plant shelves to the spacious fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a formal dining area, the villa is luxurious yet relaxed. Besides the two master suites the beautiful guest room offers that comfortable Floridian feeling and the second guest's room (fun room) is the kid's favorite. With four bedrooms and a den the home has plenty of room so you can find some personal quiet space when you need a moment alone. The den (also able to become a bedroom) is a wonderful place to read a book or just relax away from the group. Three full bathrooms make it easy for everyone to get ready for adventure. All the appliances are new and the washer and dryer room help keep your beach towels in top shape. Then there is the screened lanai with its outside dining area complete with covered BBQ area, dining table and chairs and ceiling fan and of course just beyond the magnificent pool and gardens. We love our home.

Naples is the Golf capital of the world with the PGA and LPGA both being headquartered here. There are more golf courses per mile in Naples than anywhere else in the world. Many of our Golf courses were designed by people like Greg Norman or Lee Trevino to mention just a couple. A set of gentlemen and a set of ladies golf clubs are included for your use. Tennis is just a few steps away in our three lighted, Har-Tru private courts. We even include the rackets. Welcome to Naples and the Florida Paradise Coast

Naples, Florida, the Premier Destination in South Florida

Naples Florida offers exquisite sunsets, incredible shopping, championship golf & white sand beaches while being home to some of the most luxurious waterfront estates and condos in the world.

Naples is the crown jewel of Southwest Florida -- nestled on the sun drenched beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Naples is known for world class shopping, dining and abundant, challenging
golf courses. It is also, only steps away from island seclusion or the untamed tropical wilderness of The Everglades. Boasting one of the nation's best sandboxes and calmest seas, Naples makes a splash with water lovers and recreationists. Friendly parks beckon sports enthusiasts and picnickers with lovely green spaces and recreational facilities. Naples is
located on the Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida.

Naples, Marco Island and the western portion of the Everglades make up Southwest Florida's Collier County – also known as The Paradise Coast. Collier is the largest county in the state of Florida, by land area, yet more than 80% of the vast expanse of land is preserved as park and nature preserve land by federal, state, county, city and private agencies. Beautiful beach communities surrounded by nature - it's no wonder the area is referred to as Florida's Last Paradise.

Whether you have a passion for golf, fishing, shelling, shopping, bird watching, wildlife viewing, boating, the beach or the arts, you'll find plenty of choices in the Naples area. Blessed with a
mild winter climate and a summer tempered by Gulf breezes, Naples has grown from a sleepy Florida town in the 1970's to a sophisticated city in the 21st century.

Although upscale shopping and dining opportunities abound in Greater Naples, the Everglades, the Corkscrew Swamp, unspoiled beaches, and a myriad of offshore islands keep our town grounded in a simpler past. You can begin your day with breakfast at the Ritz, then look for just the right bracelet or timepiece at one of our upscale jewelers before heading to the Everglades for an airboat ride among alligators and egrets - and then ending the day at a charming bistro
on 5th Avenue in the heart of downtown Naples.
